Mahanarayan Talia
is an herbal oil blend traditionally used in Ayurveda to rejuvenate and soothe
muscular-skeletal tissue. The topical application of this highly nourishing formula
is used to enhance blood circulation to muscles, support healthy joints and
assist stiff, inflamed or painful joints. The synergistic blend of herbs used
in this classical formulation offers restorative and analgesic qualities.*
Mahanarayan oil
has an affinity for pacifying excess Vata and Pitta in the muscular and nervous
systems, but all dosha types can benefit from its use as needed.*

Directions:
Warm a small
amount of oil in your hands, then apply to the affected muscles or joints;
massage gently. Use preventively on overworked muscles or stressed joints. Use
as necessary for relief of aches and pains. Repeat 2-3 times daily or as
needed. Wash hands after application of oil.
A small amount of
Mahanarayan oil can be added to a dosha specific base oil and used for a
full-body abhyanga (massage); be aware of potential skin sensitivity.
Cautions:
For external use
only. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds. Do not use on
babies or small children, due to skin sensitivity. Avoid during pregnancy.
Keep out of the
reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Store in a
cool, dry place.
